Los Islands is a communal living project developing alternative housing models. It was conceived during the early 2010s in a shared space inhabited by artists and designers in Downtown Los Angeles. It has since developed multiple spaces in different locations and housed a diverse group of creative people who inspired and contributed to this project. Los Islands seeks to reimagine the way we live and continues to explore and develop unconventional spaces for the creation of new housing models.
